I backed the project, but it didn't ask for an address. What happens next?
When the campaign closes, you’ll get a notice (woohoo!) and a questionnaire. In the questionnaire, I’ll ask for your shipping address.

My backer level includes a Super B Tee Shirt. How will you know what size I wear?
Just like the shipping address, this will be in the questionnaire. I will have two designs, the one you see in the campaign, and a second one that says, “the B team,” like this: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10107162915481830&set=a.10101395350583120.3315022.7953848&type=3&theater
In the questionnaire, you can choose which design you’d prefer, and what size you want.

Some say, "Full Color Illustrations" and others say, "Illustrations." Is there a difference?
No. All of the books will be full-color hardcovers. The only difference is whether they’re signed, stamped with the pawprint, or both.

What is the difference between a storybook and a picture book?
A storybook is like “The Little Prince,” where the text carries the action, augmented by illustrations. A picture book is mostly images, with text added, like “Where the Wild Things Are.” This will be a storybook, where we use both illustration and text design to amplify the story. When I say “text design,” I mean like Shel Silverstein, where he actually lays the text out in shapes that interact with the illustrations.

Who is going to illustrate it?
I am still searching. If you know anyone you think would be the perfect fit, please let me know, and tell them to send me a message here, or via Benny’s facebook page http://facebook.com/benny.pointer

Who is going to illustrate it?
I did an illustrator search that took two months and found Lucas Silva, an artist from Brazil. You can see all of the other submissions, along with Lucas’s character stury and some sketches of the book on Benny’s facebook page http://facebook.com/benny.pointer
I thought the books would be delivered last August. What happened? I am a musician by trade, and sorely underestminated how long it would take to create a book. I had to learn new skills every step of the way, but I think it’s all going to be worth it. In fact, if you have any questions about publishing books, just ask! I’d be happy to share what I now know!
Current Estimated Shipping Date: April 2017
I hesitate to post hard dates for shiping, since I seem to be learning new lessons in publishing every day, but at this point... the illlustrator is working on the last 4 images, the layout team is cranking through all the details for getting it print-ready, and the posters and tee-shirts are ready to send to the printer already. So I *believe* we'll have everything in the mail by April. That said, please be patient as this is my first attempt at publishing a book.
Last Updated At: 01/27/17 | See Kickstarter UpdateWhat is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
